At ten months, Aubrey
- loves to clap and point. Clap, clap, clap, point! Clap, clap, point! Repeat 97 times.
- is totally over baby food. Give me the good stuff! In the picture above, she was pretty proud of herself for eating the same dinner (chicken pot pie) that we were eating. Clap, clap, clap, point!
- is highly entertained by her siblings, the ice/water dispenser on the fridge, anything hanging from a ceiling, putting things inside of cups and bowls and then dumping them back out, putting them back in, dumping them back out, and so forth.
- loves the phone. When she sees the numbers light up when it rings and/or dials, she lights up.
- is still having trouble with her left eye. It turns inward nearly all the time now. Quite a bit beyond the whole "it's just the shape of her eye and face" thing we were told a few months ago. Back to the doctor we go next week.
- shows excitement by some fierce leg-kicking.
- pulls herself up on anything and everything. The "cruising" stage has begun.
- is really proud of herself whenever she gets ahold of something she knows she's not supposed to have. She holds it up and gloats, big time, like in this clip below...

Love it!! Her noises say a 1000 words about what she has in her hands that brother and sister don't know right now...very familiar at our home as well. Precious footage!
Aubrey is so sweet! Love the "look what I have" squeals!
I think I have looked at this entry a few times and I just can't get over what happy baby she seems to be. She is just beaming!
